General Copyright Infringement Policy
The Company has implemented the following policy regarding copyright infringement to comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) (http://lcweb.loc.gov/copyright/legislation/dmca.pdf). The contact details for the Designated Agent responsible for receiving claims of copyright infringement are listed below.

Procedure for Reporting Copyright Infringement
The Company handles copyright infringement claims under the DMCA. Section 512 of the DMCA outlines the requirements for submitting a copyright infringement notice and the process for filing a counter-notice if content is removed.

If you believe content on the Company’s websites or services infringes your copyright, please send a written notice with the following information to the Designated Agent listed below:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

  • Identification of the copyrighted work or material being infringed, including, if available, the URL or IP address of the infringing material, along with enough detail to help us locate it.

  • Contact details of the reporting party, including an address, telephone number, and email if available.

  • A statement affirming, in good faith, that the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, their agent, or the law. The statement should be phrased as follows: "I hereby state that I have a good faith belief that the use of the copyrighted material, or the reference/link to it, is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law (e.g., fair use)."

  • A declaration, under penalty of perjury, that the information provided is accurate and that the reporting party is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner. This should include the following: "I hereby state that the information in this notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that I am the owner, or authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of the copyright or an exclusive right allegedly infringed."

Please send your notice to the Designated Agent through the Contact Form or via mail to the following address:

Consequences of Submitting a DMCA Notice
After receiving your notice, the Company will review it for accuracy, validity, and completeness. If it meets the necessary criteria, the notice will be forwarded to the individual or entity responsible for the allegedly infringing content. If the individual believes the claim is incorrect or that they have the right to use the material, they may submit a counter-notice in accordance with Section 512(g)(3) of the DMCA.

Be aware that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), you may be liable for damages, including legal fees and costs, if you knowingly submit a false claim of infringement. Ensure that you are the copyright owner or have the authority to act on their behalf, that you have a good faith belief that the material is infringing, and that you understand the legal ramifications of submitting a false claim.

Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA, the Company reserves the right to terminate the accounts of users or subscribers who are found to repeatedly infringe on the copyrights of others in appropriate circumstances.
